My work is driven by a core mission: Helping Humans Think in the Age of AI. In an era where AI's power is undeniable but its direction often unclear, I partner with individuals and small businesses to navigate this landscape not just with new tools, but with a new mindset.

My approach is to move beyond the hype and the fear, beyond simply showing you which buttons to press. Instead, we focus on building your strategic understanding and critical engagement with AI. This philosophy is rooted in my background: my theological studies at Georgetown focused on human flourishing, and my years in education and program management (at ArborBridge and Capital Educators) were dedicated to breaking down complex systems and teaching strategic thinking. These experiences, coupled with personal insights from navigating complex health systems and managing my own ADHD, have solidified my belief in human-centered solutions and the power of clear, empowering guidance.

This is why I developed the "Test Prep for AI" methodology. Much like preparing for a challenging exam, mastering AI isn't just about learning features; it’s about understanding the 'rules of the game,' diagnosing your specific needs, crafting effective 'prompts' or instructions, iterating based on feedback, and developing the metacognitive skills to truly partner with AI. We work together to demystify the technology, ensuring you can leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and automation platforms to augment your intelligence and creativity, not outsource your agency.
